COR Cellars Winemaker Dinner
Acqua Via is delighted to host Luke Bradford and his COR Cellars wines (http://www.corcellars.com) for a 7-course winemaker dinner on Saturday, May 19th. This is Acqua Via’s first winemaker dinner, and we couldn’t partner with a winemaker whose sensibilities better match Acqua Via’s: delicious flavors, rooted in Washington’s terroirs, inspired by the great wines and foods of Europe, priced for enjoyment in daily life.
The wines that Luke will present include his wonderful 2011 “Alba Cor” a 52% Pinot Gris/48% Gewürztraminer blend built with Celilo Vineyard fruit, and his 2007 Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon (91 points from Jay Miller). To bookend Luke’s wines, we’ll start the evening with an amusing and original house cocktail, and finish with sherry and a chocolate meringue.
The attached flyer details the entire wine line-up and menu. Although not indicated on the flyer, vegetarian and gluten-free menu options are available. Places for the dinner are limited.
